There is something unusually interesting in how you can prompt and arrange AI art. I was wanting to tell a story that provokes originality with the medium of ‘old ways of photography’, prompting AI to create old photographs that resemble realism in candid and blurred motion—to convey feelings of nostalgia while also questioning time and influence. I chose the subject of a young girl whose relationship with ‘a streak of light’ begins with her ancestors and continues to her own child.
